Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up survey completed October 17, 2023, Better Living Home Care, llc, was found to have corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficienywas cited as a reasult of an off-site follow up survey conducted on July 26, 2023.
